RM Web Site Resources – Probably the easiest way to start using the site it by reading the on-line Guide to using the site, that gives a very clear introduction to the various ways of making it work for you. From the opening page there are four main sections:

• I Require Assistance: Review specific information related to your issue and log a call.
• Search our Knowledge Library: Find all documentation about any topic. Please login for full access to the library. (If you have not yet created a use name do that - it is free and takes about one working day)
• My Support Calls: Interact with an RM support engineer about your specific request
• Drivers and Downloads: Download manuals, drivers, patches, hotfixes and other software updates.
  

RM's Online Support is potentially one of the most useful support mechanisms you have available. RM’s Online Support Site allows you to log technical queries in the same way you would via the telephone except that you can do it when it suits you and you won’t have to sit in the telephone queue. Having logged your query, you can check back later for an answer which might be a solution or a request for further diagnostics or information.

Window Box On Line - gives help on downloading "WorkBox" Adobe Acrobat Reader and all Window Box Manuals for the different versions of the programs currently in schools.
