RM's Online Support is potentially one of the most useful support
mechanisms you have available. RM’s Online Support Site allows you to log technical
queries in the same way you would via the telephone except that you can do it
when it suits you and you won’t have to sit in the telephone queue. Having logged
your query, you can check back later for an answer which might be a solution
or a request for further diagnostics or information. Window Box On Line - gives help
on downloading "WorkBox" Adobe Acrobat Reader and all Window Box Manuals
for the different versions of the programs currently in schools.
