Think of some of the things that would be useful to know about St Lucia:

Your teacher will give your group a heading for your study. It may be:human geography - learning about the people of St Lucia; physical geography - learning about the land and land use, maybe the sea as well; climate; the Rainforest; the volcanoes or the coral reefs. In your group make up a list of questions of and e-mail them to the teacher.

Try to find information either from books, CD ROMs, videos, television or the Internet to make your fact file.

Decide as a group how to present it. Do you want to make a PowerPoint presentation or similar? A booklet? Which software will you use and why?

If several groups do slightly different studies you could make a book or a PowerPoint presentation from the finished pieces of work.
