This flow chart currently controls the mimics on the car picture. When the key is out and the door is open the lights should go on and the horn should sound. It is partially correct but does not work exactly as intended or it would be level 4. With the appropriate equipment; buzzers, lights and a green box, the children could make a working model of the car and use this program to programme it.
The
next
step
is
to
test
their
procedures
carefully
and
try
to
make
the
working
model
more
accurate.
The
flow
chart
would
benefit
from
clearer
organisation,
calling
on
sub-routines
-
if
these
were
in
place
it
would
be
Level
4.
