Virtually visit any of the major towns in Oxfordshire to
look at geographical feature, making comparisons etc. This link leads to
a set of 360 degree images of towns in Oxfordshire. You will need to
accept the iPix plugin to see the images. If you are not using broadband
these images will take a long time to download.

These are resources specifically for use with an
Interactive whiteboard. They have been developed as part of the DfES
Pilot project Embedding ICT into the Daily Literacy and Mathematics
lessons 2003.

| The Transfer Project 2007 |
These documents form the Primary - Secondary ICT Transfer
Project for 2007. The theme is designing a confection, or possibly a CD
case, creating a wrapper, a jingle etc. to make an advertising
presentation. The idea is that the work transfers to secondary school
via Digitalbrain, where pupils change their presentation to suit an
adult market and evaluate all that they have done.

This booklet, recently published by the ICT Advisory Team, contains a number of data handling activities suitable for use across the whole primary age range. | The St Lucia Project |
Resources for use in a geography project about St Lucia.
It is based on the QCA Unit 10 a Village in India but modified for St
Lucia.

Britain since the 1930s Data files to match |
This unit provides opportunities for pupils at the lower
end of Key Stage Two to apply data handling skills to an investigation
of the ways in which Britain has changed since the 1930s. It provides
scope for children to apply a range of data handling skills and
techniques from sorting through the production of simple bar charts to
the application of simple queries.
