Each term there is a meeting of the members of the ICT Schools' Forum.

Members include a councillor, headteacher representatives from all phases of school, technicians, a governor and representatives of COTO. The purpose of the forum is to act as a consultative group of stakeholders to influence, form, approve, monitor and evaluate ICT strategy in the Educational Effectiveness Service of the Children, Young People & Families directorate.

The principle aim of the forum is to work to improve access to services and information, learning and cultural opportunities and achievement and to deliver an improved quality of service for people in Oxfordshire.
